Saving money may be one of the hardest things to do for millennials nowadays especially with the constant pressure from the people around them in trying to “fit-in” to the never-ending demands of society.
As they say, it may not be a lot, but starting to have a little change within yourself and deciding to start moving towards a lifetime goal may be the greatest favor you can do for yourself.
That is exactly what this 21-year-old guy did in order to achieve his dream house.
Japo Gonzales proudly shares that he decided to just stop all his expensive hobbies and the constant want to travel in order to save money.
His efforts really did pay off at his young age and after 5 months, 5 days, and 5 seconds, of working on it, he is now a proud homeowner of the house of his dreams.
According to Radyo Bandera, Gonzales shared before and after photos of his studio-type home which showed the amazing transformation, it went through in order for it to look like the gorgeous home that it is now.
The colors of the home were mostly whites, browns, and blacks which shows Gonzales’s choice of having a manly feel to the house.
It also has an overall minimalist look which is the type of home design many young professionals like him aspire to have.
On his part, Gonzales said that through sharing his story, he wants to inspire everyone and make them think that if he can do such a thing, surely, they can too!
Although it may be hard at first but surely, everything just pays off in the end.
